Literally. The rebuilt column from 70shortfleet arrived yesterday & looks new. Les was very easy to work with & collaboration of parts ideas flowed easily.

I can say I was always comfortable throughout the process as questions about certain parts or methods were discussed so we were regularly on the same page on the process & progress. Communication & value was great. I definitely won't hesitate to reach out to him again for my RetroRod project if it ever restarts (starts?)

A few images as it arrived. Note how the packaging is reinforced w/wood & the column itself is locked in place. Very nice.....
I'm glad this worked out for you, I couldn't be more pleased with his work as well. I feel like this was one of those parts that was worth it more than I realized at the time. Glad to see Les is still at it.

He was very easy to work with. Asked the right questions & stated his thoughts so we could reach concise decisions. I'm still working on my other obligations but should be back on the truck by the beginning of August.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.
