12Bolt Tom
For those with inline sixes- I contacted Tom at 12bolt.com about a cylinder head for my 235 if he had one for sale. Basically his response, in summary, 'I have some still on engines but its cold outside and I'm not interested in taking one off for you'. No pricing or timeline of when he might decide he wanted to go outside again. Pretty frustrating considering he is less than 2 hours away and may have what I need but just isn't interested in another customer. He also had a snippet of advice that my engine must have ran just fine with a cracked head all these years and its probably good enough to run as is. Guess I'll find someone else that wants to sell parts and make a few extra bucks, maybe a good thing if this is how he treats people simply inquiring about parts anyway.

Re: 12Bolt Tom
MJN- this is discouraging to hear. I did want to post I have had three very positive exchanges with 12bolt.com Tom in the past two years. His parts have all fit perfectly and I have had no issues. In all cases, he has been professional and has offered solid advice. He has also been very responsive to ship things he has in stock. Most recently, he shipped me a 292 short block within 48 hours of the purchase and followed up to alert me of the shipping details.
