Re: My "new" 1968 c20

All the paint is finally done . Now I need three men and a boy to put the hood back on . The truck is pretty much done . My makeshift booth worked out nicely the whole truck is done in single stage no clear

Looks really great Mark. Tell me about the filter box thing you made, is it pulling dust free air into the shelter?

Yes it pulls air into the spray booth causing a positive pressure in the booth this way any gaps the air would push out instead of sucking air into the booth . Didn’t want the air pulled out of the booth with a box fan , I do have an explosion proof fan but it would suck the walls in way to much and it would pull air in any gap . I used the upper range filters not the best so I didn’t choke the fan . One of the reasons I made them into a box configuration more air flow .
