custom build the tank of your dreams. have a welder do the actual welding if you're not up to the task. have the metal bent at a local sheet metal or fab shop. tack it together and then take it to your welder dude.install some baffles for anti slosh. put the fuel filler up as high as you can with a good vent line so as you fill air can escape easily. also install a ground wire from the tank to the filler neck and to the vehicle frame to take care of static when filling. you will get what you want and the cost still won't break the bank, likely. sometimes the local welding shop welcomes a one off project to break the monoteny of the everyday. sometimes a welder is simply doing side jobs for cash and has a buddy with a sheet metal break and shear.
