Re: Short Changed

Just read your build thread! It's looking great, I'll be following closely as I am going the ls route on my truck and am concerned about getting all of my gauges working properly as well. I look forward to the next update

Thanks for joining in!

Things will be picking up again before too long. I'm collecting some more parts here and there. Ordered some sheet metal, wiring harness, etc. As far as the gauges go, I'll probably go the easy route and go with Dakota Digital. DD does make a unit that allows you to keep your mechanical speedometer if you want to keep the original stuff.

I was think Dakota Digital would be the way to go. I'm planning to go that route also, as long as funds allow when I reach that point in my build.

Re: Short Changed

Just gathering up some parts. Like all my projects, I tend to make some mid-course corrections which throw me off schedule.

Should hit it again in October I guess. Thanks for checking in.

Dakota Digital gauges came in, got them in less than a week from Laid Back. Great price too!

I see this one's going to be a slant nose. What's the plan for a paint scheme? Looking forward to laid back work on it.

Others have copyrighted the Gumby theme, but fortunately black is still in the public domain. Red interior.
