oil, trans fluid, and the alternator power steering pump.. of coarse the steam vent will have to be resurculated into the upper hose. wiring harness. piece of cake.

slight snag on the crossmember. the trans is longer than i anticapated. ill have to make a piece of plate steel to extend off the cross member to attact the trans... Right now some severe storms are hitting. hope it isnt chaotic on my end..

the car-part.com has come in handy once again, I've been thinking and debating with myself again on a swap and I couldn't remember the website you told me, I thought you had put it on my thread so I was searching on it and couldn't find it then I was like let me go try Mr. Chevybuilders thread and tada!!!! there's the website, so we shall keep it a secret on the motor just because that's top secret classified information, but just wanted to let you know the website has come in handy once again!

well took some things like the manifold air pressure sensor out and come to find out its covered in oil. the whole intake has oil in it. so my guess is the PCV valve is messed up big time.

Oh snap!!! That's so dumb! To bad you can't hide it somewhere, I don't understand how they can tow it, if it's being worked on I know that if it sits for a period of time and not move at all it can be towed but your clearly working on it, does that not matter over there?

You can do it man! I know you can get it running!

Re: 78 silverado stepside her names 'Quicksilver'

YES sucess!!!!! i used an old spray bottle and squirted fuel down the throttle body, the computer and every thing works! truck cranks and runs smoothly for moments but understand no fuel lines are connected at the time... now all i need is new radiator hoses, powersteering/alternator bracket with an alternator. and im going to temperaly reloop the tranny cooling lines, plus im getting a nice hurst shifter for 50 bucks. it also comes with a nice bowtie shaped box.. since this trans is cable driven

When I say safe environment I'm saying don't do the burnouts where anyone can be harmed or hurt man that's all.

I don't always downshift when I want to change lanes... But when I do, I make sure it's next to a prius so they know I'm hurting the environment

Oh i dont do it around people anymore. Ive learned quite enough when an angry father rushed up behind me and got beside me at a stop sign tellin me if i did it near his daughter again he'd put me in the hospital... that scared me. and the fact that his daughter may have been hurt. last time i ever did it! Plus that time when some ones windshield got damaged... Nope, have never done it town again
