Re: High School Project Build II

Love this project. I had a good shop teacher in high school but we did not have enough students that wanted to be involved in a project like this though. I did do some rust work and painted a couple of cars during my shop class. Love it!

Re: High School Project Build II

Thanks guys for all the compliments!!!
We started back to school last week
I have to go through safety for a few more days - we get new classes after Christmas, most of the original students got to come back - but picked up about 8-10 new students.
I'll keep the pictures and progress up to date as soon as we get rolling again.

Re: High School Project Build II

Been out for a week - due to snow
I decided to cut down the harness while we were out
We are finishing it up this week - followed LT1swap.com on the conversion

MCB is in for a radio! We can set you up with a direct fit RetroSound unit and maybe some other pieces as well.

Take a look at RetroSound and let me know what you think.

Heck yeah!
RC900C-119 radio with 23-73 knobs
I dont know on which speaker - we have a non-A/C cab but we are putting A/C in it and using factory center vent -- is there a difference in between factory A/C and non A/C cab speaker mountings?

Thank you very much Matt.

Ok, we can do that radio, no problem.

The dash speaker we typically sell for factory style center dash AC vent setups is the Ultra-Thin version, it is less than 2" thick so it gives you the most room to work and tear up your hands!!

Re: High School Project Build II

Coldhose.com helped us out again this year with our a/c fittings. These allow you to run the compressor in the original location, to keep everything clean. We had to trim the frame a little for clearance. Thanks coldhose
