Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds

Go to LMC. Look under battery tray, you'll see the one for the 67-72 trucks.

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds

Most ebay posts are made by people selling items that they have zero knowledge of....

The posts listing this battery tray say 67-72...which is simply incorrect...we all know the 67-72 is a totally different piece...

The battery tray pictured is actually 73-87 tray...

More interesting is the ebayer wants $35...LMC lists the tray for $ 13...yes, its a repop...but seriously...

There is not much to be said about this extremely meticulously 1967 C10 Hot Rod pickup. From the front bumper to the rear this truck is ALL brand new. Less than 500 miles 293 to be exact and has yet to break the show circuit. This truck potentially could end up sold out of the country so now is your opportunity to own a very special vehicle. Only serious buyers will be granted a viewing appointment for inspection.

Great looking ride. Not a comment on the price, but I always find it odd when I see something this nice and that expensive listed on Craig's List.

Honey have you found a decent set of used tires for us yet? No, but I did find this nice truck for 125,000 bucks.

I know it's hard for me to get my head around too, but I have at least four friends that would think noting of spending that kind of money if they wanted it.

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds

One more since I can’t seem to post more than 1 pic at a time.
From the ad:

1967 Chevrolet C10
fuel: gas
odometer: 58000
title status: clean
transmission: manual

**1967 Chevrolet C10 short bed stepside in excellent original condition**

$8,500 OBO

-Second owner-
-Meticulous maintenance records with complete documentation-
-Clear Georgia title in hand-

This is an extra clean, unmolested truck that I purchased two years ago after a twenty-year search. Great patina! Original Georgia C10 with straight metal and very little rust. Everything works; the truck runs and drives perfectly. I would have no hesitation about driving it anywhere.

-Straight six + three speed column shift
-Uncut dash with rare radio delete plate
-Original painted-pine bed wood with hardware intact
-Completely rebuilt seat (springs replaced/repaired, new foam, reupholstered)
-New vintage seat belts
-New OEM floor covering
-New lamp lenses + gaskets
-New muffler + exhaust system
-New parking brake cables + hardware
-New defrost tubes/heater ducts

Maintenance has been performed religiously. I have all receipts and complete documentation, including a maintenance log detailing every time I've put gas in the truck.

This truck is already in great condition as a driver, but would be an excellent starting point for a full restoration.

If a guy wanted "original" that might be the one to go for.

351 v6 with trans (running in truck) $500 Sioux Falls.

Not mine obviously but I saw this and I have always been fascinated by these 351s. Now, I think this is a grain truck so maybe it is the magnum version, I don't know. The price sure seems low especially if you can drive it around and hear it run. -BA

This popped up on Bring A Trailer over the weekend so I'm sure it's getting a lot of attention. Nice survivor of the space age:

Well it cranks up so it is a pop up top camper
If it didn't pop up the cabinets would be a fire hazard being that close to the stove

It is a pop up... or a crank up, if you prefer. But seller appears to know what he has just fine. Nice one too.

The parts truck is not a short bed. The stake pocket above the wheel well is a dead giveaway
