There appears to be light surface rust on other places/pieces under the hood. Likely from multiple power washing prior to detailing the engine bay & not cover that metal w/paint or epoxy primers.

not trying to start any thing . just calling it as i see it and have seen it . heck i got a box from ga a few years ago . i still had to do rust repair and remove all the paint it was baked so bad from the sun down there .
