Thanks again in advance if you are able to find the time.
The truck is coming along great..Frame looks like you can eat off it.. Thanks again for getting me the above measurements, at your leisure ( i know you have a ton of stuff on your plate)

Re: "Made Bail"

Thanks for all the kind words guys. The frame could have used some bodywork but I rushed it a bit. It's nice but could have been ALOT nicer. At the end of the day this truck is not going to be for show but just a cool truck to cruise in. I will take it to shows but not pushing for any awards. This forum is my motivator so hopefully it will be together soon. I'll have the measurements by tomorrow evening and answer any other questions. Again thanks guys. I appreciate the fact you guys think this a cool build.

Trans tunnel came from Chris Alstons but had to be cut and trimmed to fit, thanks to Kris. The white stuff is seam sealer.

Found the tech article on the bed. I'll scan and post tonight. As for the measurements family duties called and have yet to get the chassis rolling. Close. Maybe by tonight.

No worries..I just hope i dont have to go a different route. Im sure ill know once i get the measurements...Also ,if you can recall, with your bed on did you have any room to go wider on your rear and still lay frame. The s10 rear wont work for me (will hit upper bag mounts) i feel like im trying to put a square block in a round hole...

Outside of tire to outside of tire 68 1/2". Inside of tire to inside of tire 46 1/2". Tire is about 11 1/4" wide. Hope this helps you figure it out. Let me know if you need any other measurements.

You are the best..Thank you for the measurements..I guess the only other one i would need would be, with the bed on, does the rear end have any room to move out and still lay frame? Obviously the bed wont be on for a bit so no rush just wondering if you remember off the top of your head. My rear suspention is fighting me every bit of the way..i was warned

Re: "Made Bail"

To lay frame is questionable. Lotta variables. Tire height, backspacing etc. Being this truck lays the rockers yes I would feel there is room to move out a bit to lay frame.

Re: "Made Bail"

If your running the same tire height as mine you'll possibly have maybe 1/2 to 1 inch of room towards the outside. Being the stepside fender rolls down its probably gonna be a trial and error situation. Once I have the bed on maybe I could get accurate on this.

Found a place for my truck to call home in the shop for the next couple weeks. Maybe I'll get it done this time.
