Re: How about some pics of "4x4" Blazers, Jimmy's & Burbs?
This was my 91 K5 right before I sold it in March of 2003. If I can remember correctly, it had only 78,000 original miles on it when it sold.
A guy from Tennessee actually flew all the way out to Vegas to buy it from me. No questions asked. That's how clean it was. So far, this is probably the only truck I completely regret selling. The interior was border line flawless.... A real 6" inch all spring lift (no crappy body lift). 35x12.50x17 Pro Comp Muds and Weld Racing wheels. This was one of those vehicles where people would actually pull up beside you to compliment you. |

That is a good looking K5. I would love to find one like that to buy.

Here are some pictures of my 73 before and after someone pulled out in front of me. My plan is to repair it, paint it and improve the brakes with rear discs.

Re: How about some pics of "4x4" Blazers, Jimmy's & Burbs?
Recent pics...
Got rid of the TBI.. The F.I. did not agree with the cam.. and it was overly rich...like burning-eyes&nose-rich lol. Swapped in a Weiand Action + Plus intake and rebuilt the holley 650 DP i had laying around and used it. Used a Reman Hei Dist for ignition, with old Coil Postive wire to trigger it. It is ALOT stouter with this setup! Let me know what you think plz. Here is before and after pics, i put alot of work into this...well for a daily driver lol *dont mind the booster vac line and vac-gauge line, they are temporary and will be hid as well

Re: How about some pics of "4x4" Blazers, Jimmy's & Burbs?
That's really nice! Is it black, or is it really dark green? I've seen the green/gold combo before, but never black/gold. Either way, it looks great!
