LOL, for that price, they could keep it....

300 is for everything I need. Not too bad I think for all new stuff. The guys I'm getting it from said they have gotten excellent quality from the parts they have ordered from them. 169 for the bumper is about 30 cheaper than LMC and I don't have to pay freight! LMC prob gets thier stuff from a similar source.

Re: '67 step-side replacement rear bumper

Ok, got it on today, but the sun was going down when I took the pics. I will take better ones and update tomorrow. It still needs to be adjusted a bit too. A couple of the frame holes need to be reamed out a bit to allow for a better fit.

I like your new thread name alot Kyle!

Later guys...

Thanks Jessie. I park it close to the wall to help keep punks from parking too close to me on the left side. At least I know I can save at least one side of my truck from dings! I am starting on getting things ready for my new engine. I hope to have it ready in the next month or so. I'll post pics once I start. Looks like I have been slacking on the progress and update pics, I'll do better.

Re: '67 step-side replacement rear bumper

Ack! Looks like the engine rebuild and transmission overhaul is going to come sooner than later.

I am loosing 2nd gear while driving as well as 4th. Yuck. Transmission overhaul is going to cost me 700 bucks. Oh well, I knew it was going to happen eventually.

Unless I can find one from someone I can trust as a new rebuild, I am not sure I want to spend the $$$ on another used transmission. I will keep my eyes open though.

I know, sorry, I have been slacking with the update pics.
