Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks

Here's mine. 1972 Custom Deluxe. Bought it about five months ago in a real deteriorate condition, so my priority was to make it run and make everything work, get every little piece that was missing. Thats done. It has a 4/6 inch complete drop kit from early classics, wich i installed a few weeks ago, and i really like the way it sits now. Im in the process of getting a new rear bumper (i hate the step bumper that it has) a dash pad, a set of good doors so i can get started doing cab corners and rocker panels and a set of Cragar SS's with BFG T/A's. Kinda undecided in what color im gonna use, it was a dark olive green whitepanel when new. Suggestions welcome!

starting the make-over with a heart transplant.

believe it or not, it has a lot of goodies in it already. it also has a lot of "issues".

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks

picked this one up about a week and a half ago. takin me back about 20 years when I had my first truck, 1971 gmc. this one is a 72` but the motor is probably a late 70`s early 80`s target master 350. kicking the idea of a 400 sbc with a bit of horse power in it. everything works in this truck and it has a little rust on the floor boards which I`m working on.
The guy wanted $3500, I paid $2700 and drove it home, gave it a complete tune up and a new passenger side ram horn......runs great now.

Pretty nice 72 for an alberta truck. Must have been on the farm and only summer driven.

My '69 long bed step side. Was originally a NC farm truck. Sat in a barn forgotten for nearly 25 years. As you can see, it is still used for it's intended purpose.
