N2TRUX- Yes the trim is staying. He has a complete set of replacement trim that will be installed after the paint is buffed out. PM n2billet and he can tell you the condition of the trim that is being removed.

This reminds me of my truck. I got it when I was 14 1/2 years old. It had 76,000 original miles on it. It has a 327 with a turbo 400 tranny. It is rust free except for the rocker panels, and cab corners. I got it for $800 from a lady whose husband died, and all he used it for was to haul their camper in the back, and go to the doctor. I love it. I'm gonna watch this build.

Any idea about when the rest of the pictures are going to be posted? I read about Ethel when it was first posted and came back a few weeks later to check out the truck again and it was gone.

This thread would be way cooler if those pics were back up.
