Glad you are still moving forward, BTW. The lines look great! I'm still stuck in the garage with loose rockers. Don't know how to adjust them myself and my mechanic is slammed right now. I'm just watching the shows pass me by!
load that thing up and bring it over , i will get it taken care of for you !

Re: 67 cheby's Dropmember build thread

eeeeh if youre talking bout the sheetmetal rockerpanels , mount up the doors and fiddle with them until the door gaps are even allround (that means the doorgap on the rearpart and the line between the door and fender too )put a straight edge against it to see if its lining up with the fenders and stuff then weld them up little tacks all round while rechecking the fit every inch of weld or so wack it up down or in with a flat hand or fist or pull it out with a piece of wood or sumting you can stick in there and doesnt dent the material while the weld is still hot (dont hit on the weld with youre bare hand while its glowing redhot offcourse )
you get handy at it after working it for a while usually the second one gets eazier

Yeah, sorry about that. Engine rockers.

So what's on your agenda for this weekend? More air lines?

Well usually I have a plan but I holding on some things at the moment , my cab is at the Bedliner shop waiting to be sprayed , I can't mount my cab until we figure out what to do about my cab mounts, I might work on my 3 rd set of under hood trim panels !!

Re: 67 cheby's Dropmember build thread

Wow, you are definitely going above and beyond. I had to go look at how mine ran to know the difference. You avoided going back through the core support twice by doing it that way. Nice touch!
