Looks awesome Chuck. It looks like it settled some on the way home. Have you taken another measurement to see?

Re: Thelonerifes 72 stepper

Looks good. I'd recommend to go ahead and get those rear springs and panhard bar in soon and then take it to alignment. if you get it aligned now, you'll just be paying for another one most likely after the rear is done.

Re: Thelonerifes 72 stepper

When you drop the rear, it will give the front more caster. A good alignment person can compensate if you tell him how much you are going to drop it.

In between working on the truck I had to put her to work. Trimmed the trees at the front of the driveway.

Re: Thelonerifes 72 stepper

I went and had the rear tires flipped to blackwall so I can stop painting them lol. I picked up the intake from Bryan at the meet. And got some 1''drop big block springs. I also got some pulleys for the 454. I will need to blast and paint them.

I like that ride height and those old farm truck plates are sweet.

Re: Thelonerifes 72 stepper

Why the Oklahoma tags? Looking good.

BTW...Chuck, did you use 8" ralley's all the way around or are the front 7's? You still got that driveshaft I was needing? I'll be able to take a measurement the end of this week to see if it will fit.

Trai, 8's on rear 6's on front. Just shoot me the measurement and I'll check. I have three that I think are all different lengths.

Re: Thelonerifes 72 stepper

I cut the dust shields down so I could put them back on the spindle. I know most people leave them off.I also put the newer style center caps on. I like them better than the older ones. A little more chrome.
