It was a simple one. The little tabs on a few of the individual bulb holders were flatened out, I bent them up which made a better contact and poof bright lights.

I would really like to have Hart_Rod's '68 but there just isn't any interest in this truck so it's time to get started on building it. I am seriously thinking about swapping to the '68 style front end if I can find some clean original sheet metal. We'll see...

Played around in the garage a little today. Installed an actual 6 cylinder tachometer, it's nice to know what RPM the old stove-bolt is turning.

Hood and hinges removed.
