early 5 on 5 rallyes had three , i believe 1/4 inch bolts that came from the back also . these are the set of wheels on my '73 buick centurion . they are 70's 7 inch wheels with 8 inch beauty rings .i took the chevy decal off , since these pics were taken ive put on buick tri shield decals !

I've always been afan of the steal wheels, check out something I put together yrs ago. I used this on the HD truck and it very different!
Who knows what the trim rings come from??

speaking of rims, mine were powder coated, they were supposed to be chrome color but turned out this color instead for 40 bucks, I took 'em and still are running them,

I think white would look just fine too. Of course keeping them white might be a challange with brake dust and such.

so where do you guys get the externally threaded lug nuts with the correct SAE internal threads to hold the newer style caps, with the plastic retainer nuts, on?
