Re: Bring dads truck from 1995 to 2010 Project

the hood is from the guys that left goodmark and year one. THey fixed the isses with the others and fit is perfect. They started their own company and if you type in the goodmark hood number at jegs you will get their replacement part number.

putting a new pitman/idler/idler bracket on tonight should get it aligned tomm

Re: Bring dads truck from 1995 to 2010 Project

changed out the idler/idler frame bracket/pitman arm and going for alignment tomm. The truck handles so fkn good right now with the belltech front/rear sways added its insane. My dad drove it for a ride around the block and said felt like a brand new truck and when he hit the bumps truck didnt go all over the place.

Mission almost accomplished. Its going in for wet sanding and buffing on friday night ill have pics up hopefully sat night.

Nice work man. Just got done putting a cab corner and drivers door on a extended cab at work last week on a 94 that had only 60,000 miles on it. The owner got T-boned by a small car.

Re: Bring dads truck from 1995 to 2010 Project

notched it

so got the new front tires on. Here is the pre pic as you can see the rear has come down over the past 2 years

i then was like **** it so i pulled off the rear chevy tag ill clean it up over the weekend

So came home my dads like "i want you do clean that **** off" so weekend ill have to buff the tailgate out. We then were looking at it and the Truck needs to be lowered in front. Currently on 255 50 20/295 45 20 front is at 30 1/8 and rear is at 30.5 on pass side and 30.25 drivers (full tank of gas) so ill be doing the springs this weekend should look stuffed in front.

I then told him lets do a rollpan he didn't want to but then i told him **** it ill but it hes like ok lets do it lol so ordered goodmark rollpan from summit

Just some updates

Then rear taillights look like they need work so looking to get a new OEM batch since the led stuff is way to flashy

and picked up a new front polished bowtie since the chrome one is pitted
