The wheels are Cragar Nomad ll's from Summit Racing. 15x10 on the rear and 15x8 on the front. The tires, also from Summit, are 295/50/15 and 255/60/15. I'm gonna go with something a little taller next time though.

I'll get a better shot of the side this weekend.

Somebody told him the back ones were gonna be too short, but the jury hasn't found a verdict on that case yet.

Thanks! It's getting that way already. Santy Claus showed up the other day in his big brown sleigh wearing a UPS uniform but I know who it REALLY was.

Not having any luck with the JVC shaft mount stereo though. It seemed to work ok on the test bench but when I put it in the truck it was "no go". I may have to look for another one.

All 4 are too short. They'd look better on a chevelle. I'll have to see how fast I can burn em off to get some taller ones.

Uh huh! Wait til after the meet, and you will be wanting to paint it. You won't want the "Patina" look anymore!

Re: And so it begins................

I know that's right, I'm gonna hide my truck in the trees and walk the rest of the way to the good trucks.

And just for the record, it's the boy that's lookin for a Patina truck, not me! I'll get to repairing the floorboards, cab corners and painting it later. Gotta get the important stuff out of the way first like a stereo!!

Speaking of stereos, that 4 channel JVC I had such high hopes for let me down. Tuner wouldn't pick up anything worth a flip. Had to go with an old Pioneer Supertuner3. I guess it will work but it's only 2 channels and not as powerful either.

Re: And so it begins................

Thanks! The gauge panel was about 200.00 shipped on ebay. A man named Edd Dial rebuilds them and puts the white vinyl on the gauges, new lens, new bezel and he gaurantees them. He'll also give you 25.00 for your old panel. Tell him Travis sent you if you order one.

Nah most cops aren't that worried about mirrors. Besides just push it to the floor and let fate take over!

Re: And so it begins................

Thanks, and before someone teases me about the pink dash lights, let me just say that they only look that way in the pic!! You can order the panel with several different color bulbs and I ordered mine with the purple bulbs. They're actually a maroon color when you turn them on. I don't know why they look pink in the pics.
