Re: 4.5/6 Drop, Tire size rollin on 20's

Nitto has a lot more sizes now between all their tire models. That 295/35/20 would look great.

Re: 4.5/6 Drop, Tire size rollin on 20's

A 255/40 would probably keep close to same height on sidewalls.

Re: 4.5/6 Drop, Tire size rollin on 20's

Its a perfect match............ 255 divided by 25.4=10.039 x. 40= 4.01 sidewall height...... 295/35 has a 4.064 sidewall.

Re: 4.5/6 Drop, Tire size rollin on 20's

I did a 275/45/20 all around. C-notched with 4/5 drop in rear and 2 1/2" spindles in the front. There is no rubbing and I can swap the tires around when the back ones start getting worn out. lol

Heres a side view. I can take some close ups of the wheel wells and backside of my truck if needed. I actually had room to go another almost 2 inches in the rear and another inch in the front but was worried about rubbing over big bumps, etc..

Re: 4.5/6 Drop, Tire size rollin on 20's

The ride isnt bad im sure with a taller tire and smaller wheel it would be alot better. The fronts are 245 40 20 and the backs are 275 40 20. Should be 295 but i got a deal on these wheels so i can live with it.

4/2 static drop with an extra 2" block in the rear. 20x10 (295/40) and 20x8.5 (255/40).
