Re: Calling All Steelies - Caps and Otherwise...
I think they are for a mid 60's nova or chevelle. I found them on Craigslist. There is also a black bead on the caps that you can't see in the pictures.

Re: Calling All Steelies - Caps and Otherwise...
Trying this for the first time, hope it works. Ole Blue has 6 bolt 80's rally rims, with VW hubcap clips to attach original '65 caps. |

Re: Calling All Steelies - Caps and Otherwise...
Kinda crappy pics, but it was dark last night when I happened on to this thread. These were the stock rims from my '76 K25. I blasted them, painted them "firemist lime metallic" (cool gold metallic bits in the daylight), and slapped em on my '66 C20. The tires are homemade whitetrash walls.

Here's mine last year after the snow tires were mounted on Corvette wheels, with inexpensive caps, and beauty rings:

Re: Calling All Steelies - Caps and Otherwise...
My old wheels were stock steelies from a 92 Chevy and I painted the old GMC logo on the caps...

I have that as my plan for winter wheels. I have 5- 6-Lug wheels from the 1974 4x4 Suburban I had for a motor donor for my 66. I'll put those on in the winter, and use the other wheels for summer.
