I asked mar-K for black powdercoated strips but they only make them for older stepsides I think...

$6K is a very very good price for that rig. Did you build it then?

Wow! That makes it even more cool! So you didn't have to modify the rear axle? I was wonderin how you made a dual wheel setup fit under with no exterior fenders. How bout the wheel base? Did you have to stretch the frame?

All cab chassis rear ends are like that.
And being a 133 inch wheel base one ton, all he had todo was widen the wheel tubs and place bed mounts on the frame

Did/does the truck have any rust? Did you get the underdash a/c installed? Looking for a starter truck for my son. Do you have any pictures of the chassis or under the hood? Any other pictures would be great. Send to robhartley@aol.com. I know you have a set of Buddy Buckets set back for it...... Thanks,

Sorry guys....I dont know if its my settings OR the site changed the way they do things, but ever since my site has gone to the 6 page (new post update) instead of the old 12 page updated posts....I dont see all the new posts. Is it me or did the entire site change? Can this be changed back to 12 page?

Yes......the truck is still available and it is listed in the "for sale" area.

Pictures have been sent Hart Rod.

A very nice young lady bought it to pull a horse trailer, move her sculptures and haul her 2 dogs around. It dare say it was one of the the most unique, clean and different trucks to be had in a $5500 price range. She got a great deal!
