Re: 72 SWB Bed

Darren I don't mean to nitpic but in your first post you don't say anything about a tailgate just rear cut and header panel, in what appears to be a equal trade. then you say $30 now $100. with the amount of rust in the bed, do the flanges on the header or bedsides or fenders have rust? are the cross sills ok ??? if I have to give much boot this needs to be in good shape.

I have a repop tailgate that has never been used I bought from a buddy. It has no hardware or stamp. I have a decent band that is missing a C.

Re: 72 SWB Bed

I got the bed pulled off today and took some pics. I found a jewel connected to the rear. It was a factory license plate holder with a light. I have never seen one like it. It cleaned up nice. I have not decided if It is for sale or if I will be using it on my tailgate bench.
The bed is pending sold to COOP at this time.
thanks
