Have to agree with everyone else here ,I got the MSD street fire wires came with a crimping tool.You need a vice for the crimps to clamp right,I ran mine in the stock location .

The set I bought (and returning) had straight boots on the sparkplug end. I needed a set w a 90 boot on plug end. Do they come that way also?

When I had my 68 Camaro I had a set of MSD that I hated. But, I didn't have a crimper which would have made all the difference in the world. Make sure you have a nice crimper and you will be set. I don't run them anymore but I don't have a reson to. If I built a nice motor I would get a set. For now the local parts shop variety works for me.

Either Taylor Wires or MSD Super Conductors...

I have Super Conductor cut to fits on the SBC in my '72.

I have custom fit Super Conductors on the 6.0L LS in my '06... but they're only about 6" long each!

YES.I ordered mine through summit MSD #5553 and I ordered what I needed so I got 90 allso.I even had 1 come off #5 and fell between my header tube ,fished it back out and put it on and it was still working,got home and had an extra wire and boot and connector.Just make sure they snap on the plug

I used AC Delco cut-to-fit wires on my V-6. They work the best, because the plug wires on a GMC V-6 are very short as the spark plugs are on the intake manifold side of the heads. Just be sure to use the proper style of crimping pliers to put the terminals on. Most quality automotive wire strippers have the correct notch in them.

They have 3 different HEI types. They have 180* 45* and the more common 90* *= degree

Running Street Fires on mine. I'm on the second set since my headers melted thru the wire on my #5. O'Reilly Auto swapped them out no question and the new set has been great now that I'm running the looms and Taylor Space Age boot protectors. Been great eversince and they are a lot cleaner looking now. Running with Autolite 605 plugs.

I only ended up having to cut two of them down. Started from the furthest cylinder and used the closest wire in the set. Six of them were close enough to not have to cut, but the crimping tool has a cut guide which makes cutting and stripping the wire a breeze.
