Well stopped by and got a (509) 400 block and crank and rods from and older fella. And Friday I'm headed to the machine shop with it. I hope to get a top end kit from Doug Herbert.

Also bought a couple parts for the motor at the auto fair.

Been real busy at work, hopefully this weekend I can start on the cab..pics to come..

Great looking truck. I'm in Mooresville, not to far from you. Check out my build. I'm kinda in the same spot as you are with as far as body work goes. You're frame is further along then mine. I'm jealous, haha. Looking great tho
