Someone at the CT DMV was in a good mood the day I got my plates. I couldn't believe it was available.

Most people that ask are pretty knowledeable around my parts. There are at least three other show quality ones in my area. Two within a few minutes of my house. Its nice to see them ride by and give the "wink and nod". You only get that from real owners. Never seems to amaze me how many people ask what's under the hood instead though.

I hate to say it but I am the guy at the car shows asking everyone what year their vehicles are... Haha. Nothing better than some good conversation.

My trucks don't have the same smell inside as they did back in the '70s. Probably something to do with no more roaches in the ashtray

I'mnot sure if Maryland issues the numbers 69,but I know now that one cop read this one woman's plate in his mirror this one is no longer available anywhere: 3M TA3
