Re: 67 Fans, Look What I Found!

looks just like my 67 C10 with 37,000 miles! Wouldn't it be a great idea if I had 2 "old lady mint green" 67's to balance out the 2 ochre 71 suburbans???? hmmmmmmmmm

Re: 67 Fans, Look What I Found!

Yes, yes, yes. No doubt I was a lucky son of a gun to get this truck. I will try to collect as much info on it as I can to share with you all as to its origin etc. Someone asked about the crayon marks on the firewall and yes they are there. I saw that when I opened the hood. Thanks for sharing the pictures of similar trucks. Whose was that with the white top? They are nearly twins.
I am going to pick it up with my buddy who I introduced to these trucks when we were teenagers. Ironically I wound up with his Grandpas 70 C-10 and had it for 6 years. When his grandfather passed he asked if I would sell it back to him and I did. We vowed to keep it between ourselves. Anyway he is begging to by this 67 and with four 72's currently i will probably sell it to him with the same agreemant as the 70. Its basically like selling it to my brother if I decide to. Back to the truck I will take lots of pictures this evening and post them tomorrow for all to see provided the weather holds out.
Thanks again for all the comments, pictures etc. and everyone can rest easy that this little 67 will stay as she is for years to come.

It has a couple minor flaws like two very small rust spots in the rockers, and a small ding in the passenger rear panel, but even the bed still has all the original paint and the floor and supports etc. are perfect.
The only options were the heater, rear H.D. spring, and something else that I cant remember.
It is of course a I-6 ( 250 ) with the 3 -spd. A sweep out and wax job is about all it will take to make it really slick. I figure someone out there is drooling about now.

Beautiful Truck!!!
