I think he was asking in the $32K range. If I had the $, I'd buy it in a heart beat!

That truck is very nice, but the interior just looks unfinished. It looks more unfinished than a CST from the factory.

Its not a CST. It doesn't look like it has the brackets for the rear side panels. Of course, it would like better with them.

Thanks Frenchblue, straight up silver is fine with me.... My DD and the wife's car are silver.

I'm pretty sure he was asking $30,000 when it was on Collector Car Trader. Ebay is up to $27,550 with 4 days left. My new reserve guess is $30K.

Re: does this belong to anyone on the board?

I'm in with a $28k reserve guess, but I haven't looked at the auction. I just guessed for fun.

Odd choice to customize the truck as much as he di, but not cut the dash for a stereo.

I thought I remembered him asking $32,995 on collector car. I'm guessing $30K reserve too.

Cut the dash? Not on a 70 2wd, personally I think it is just right. I have a friend who has been trying to get me to cut my dash - he doesn't understand why I think that is a bad idea. Maybe is it just me?

It's not just you... I like the mix of old school looking radio in a classic with a lot of new school parts.

Schinkies! There is another nice one on CollectorCarTraderOnline.com for $20K and the green/gold one in portland has dropped to $18,500.

Re: does this belong to anyone on the board?

For around $10K you can get a custom 2wd chassis from Jim Meyer and have one of the sweetest 2wd's around.

I've actually been considering this idea for my 72. It is probably at least 5 years off, so I have time to talk myself out of it...

Re: does this belong to anyone on the board?

Just shy of $34K and the reserve still hasn't been met.

I wonder what other Blazers are going for? Too bad there isn't a thread about the prices of Blazers with examples in the Blazer forum... Oh, wait, there was...

Re: does this belong to anyone on the board?

Gentlemen, I'd like to politely direct you to the forum where all the items are fine examples of what other stuff like it is selling for. Maybe you could browse through there to find out what other trucks like yours are selling for.

http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/f...play.php?f=103

I would also like to politely suggest that you go back and read Liz's sticky thread at the top of the page, then decide for yourself if you'd like to edit your recent posts to eliminte questions about what mods do in the forum.

It seems obvious to me that you are getting painfully close to eliminating a section of the board that a lot of members enjoy visiting. It will be obvious to everyone here that it was your choice to have it eliminated, since you've been warned very publicly about the consequences of your current actions.

Actually, that forum says it is for ebay finds, not discussions about the value of our trucks, which is what the thread that got moved was about. Why hasn't this thread been moved? It's about a truck on ebay.

An admin moved the other thread, I've replied to that (and locked it 'cuz ya'll will argue). Your posts are in violation of the rules against "trolling". If you can't take the hint, you'll probably get a vacation. You've been warned by a Volunteer, and a mod, the next warning will be from an admin.

Now it is for anything not found on the parts board. Thank you for pointing out the loophole, now it's closed and all threads pertaining to trucks for sale will be moved there.
