Re: [PROJECT] Laidout53

Thanks man, still go a long ways to go though. I gotta figure out the best way to bag a mustang II front suspension. So many options, most of which are a rediculous price. Hoping to make it to the goodguys show in july. You gonna bring the dodge or the c10?

Re: [PROJECT] Laidout53

Well got the upper bag mounts welded in as well as all the four link mounts on the frame and axle. Mounted bags for final fitment and rechecked for binding. all is good, i need to notch for the driveshaft and gusset the front of the bag mounts and mount the shocks and that part will be done... Then its on to the front and the mounting of the tank and compressor, then wiring & plumbing....

Anyways enough rambling heres the pics from this last weekend...

more this weekend!

Re: [PROJECT] Laidout53

Well finally i have some progress to show!

I got the front end all assembled (no pictures of that sorry)

I also got the rear shock mounts made...I made the gusset out of two 3/4 in wrenches. Everything is welded and i got the tank and compressor mounted and wired, and the frame painted. All i have left is to run the air lines and gauge lines and mount the gauges. And then its on to raising the bed floor/making a new floor.

here are the pictures..............
