He had just moved in at that time and wasn't sure what he was like. He is a cool guy and likes old cars/trucks Just wasn't sure at that point.

Yeah......They're not all like you see on TV. He's just a normal guy (now 74) that liked to have fun and get roudy when no one was looking. Used to go down the road with a cold one between his legs (this was a long time ago).
