Im not sure exactly who you were asking but for me i dont have any specific specs on any of the trucks i posted in the pics. They are just pics ive come across. But when i do my truck im gonna run a dropmember with the trailing arm kit and bolt in bridge with inboard bag mounts, It says that will allow you to run a 14" wide wheel. If you use the 4 link you can only run 12" wide wheels

http://www.porterbuiltfabrication.co...arting-at-1900

and im not sure if or how much the rear end will have to be narrowed but im actually runnin a ford 9inch.

Maybe this will help you some. Only build thread ive found where someone ran a wheel 14" wide. I didnt read it much so idk if he gives any specs but hopefully itll help you some

Re: 22/24 billet wheels

Cant go wrong with anything made by intro, boyd, or bonspeed imo. But everyone has different tastes. The intro vista or twisted vista is always a good way to go. If you can afford em that is lol.

Re: 22/24 billet wheels

What do you guys think that the smallest tires with the 22s and 24s...to make this think lay out flat..pinch shaved...all porterbuilt...22x8 and 24x12 any thoughts.. size, brand?? definetly need to stay 30" or below.

You can run up to a 35 series up front and stay under 30" no problem. But even with a 25 series in back you wont be able to stay under 30" cause of the width youll need. A 305/25/24 is exactly 30 inches tall. But is only 12.01 inches wide. Obviously you would need a wider tire but they only get taller. Just to give you an idea. a 315/25/24 is 30.20 inches tall. Youll prbly need like a 355 or somethin in that area which would be 31" tall

Re: 22/24 billet wheels

Here's a thread that I was following that seems to have since been abandoned (I know, I know, I have no room to talk)...

It's a pretty sweet start. Would be cool to see what the current status is.

Re: 22/24 billet wheels

What about Superflysteiny's black Cheyenne? He is running 22's all around, can't remember the spec's but the rear was narrowed 4" (2" per side). Here is his build thread http://i1005.photobucket.com/albums/...y/chevy043.jpg (all 56 pages!)
and a picture
