Put power steering and a tremec tko500 in the truck. Drove it about 2500 miles and love it. Now it will go 75 down the freeway without any difficulty. Next is the ls and air.

On a personal level I have always thought naming your vehicles was kinda silly. Never liked a chopped Merc with the name on the rear 1/4 of the trunk lid from back in the day, or naming any vehicle today.

Ok that being said, I hate to admit it haha, but the name of your ride is just about as awesome as it gets. Every time I see it come up I have to click on it.

You're doing a great job with your truck … its going to be very cool when "finished".

So, I’ve been driving the truck for a while and these are a couple observations. First, 500hp is enough for me. Being able to spin the tires in 3rd gear took a little getting used to. Driving it in the rain the day I went to the alignment shop was a learning experience. Next, straight through mufflers are loud! Finishing the dynamat and putting the carpet in are high priorities.
Some of the pieces used are highly recommended, such as the Entropy radiator which keeps the truck at 194 degrees or below all the time even when it’s 110 degrees out. The Hooker exhaust system fit very nicely without much aggravation while installing it. My only complaint was the way the crossover is welded to the main tubes is really sloppy. The weld itself is nice, but it looks like the hole in the exhaust for the crossover is put there with a torch. My Boyd’s Welding fuel tank fits just like it should and looks great. I should have purchased it powder coated for appearances. Lastly, the Captainfab adapter for the master cylinders is a VERY nice piece. Came with everything needed to install in the truck.
