I have to admit I do like your new truck , flames probably wont work on your new ride (truck) though.
But,but my wife's bike has flames.
Still haven't worked any carpet installs out of it but hoping to soon.
Grandbabies haven't seen it yet. They loved the flamed truck, not sure what they'll think about "Louie".

Dang it! Now you bikers are buying up all the good stuff! Blue is a friendly color. I'm sure the grand kids will love it. I know what you mean about old-timey feeling. It's a cool feeling many deprive themselves of by being caught up in modernizing their trucks. I get both, but that's why we need several trucks!

Its funny but I thought I was done with motorcycles. Havent had a cycle in probably 10 years...kept my licence current though.Had a couple of close calls in the past and there seems to be a lot of "weekend ride to the bar bada$$' " around here. I guess I shouldn't let stuff like that get in my brain. I ain't a real biker but I remember why I like to ride. It's like the old trucks. It's a passion. My wife has talked about wanting one and learning how to ride since I met her. The bike is titled in her name, the truck is in my name.
Been thinking lately that I would like another truck and scooter.

Re: I have a truck again

I know exactly what you're saying. I've always ridden, but was generally independent from "the scene". Then I got more caught up in it for a good while, not sure what flipped the switch there, but it flipped back again bout 10 years ago. It's a different breed out there now, like the wannabes all got bikes and they're trying too hard. "Smile dude, you on a Harley, fer cryin' out loud". Now I just ride because I love it and it's too deep in my blood to quit. I consider myself an ex-biker who still loves riding motorcycles.

That's cool you traded your truck for the Road King...with your wife's desires in mind. I know she didn't have to twist your arm.

I would be very proud to own that beautiful one ton. I know most people do not like talking about money but I bet you stole that for about 5 grand. It helps that people are obsessed with swb. beautiful one ton sir.
