Hey Dino, I purchased my crew before I started my research and found your truck and I was like that is what I am talking about love what you have done with it and the article in street trucks was real nice.
Did I get this right the guy you got the cab from cut in the big back window?
That is the only thing I would like to chang on my cab it has a small bk window It looks like it was probably stamped to have either small or large I would love to know more about what he did if I understood your 1st post right.

preacherman thanks buddy! And nice work on your ride so far, my truck was also a small window and was converted over to a big wind , which on a c/c look better to me .there are many ways to do the converson, mine was done with a big back window inner panel(donor skin) and trimmed outer skin, hope that made since, anything i can help ya with or my resorces let me know kat! Thanks I know where there is as big back window that I can get the inner skin out of thats what I was thinking they did good to know I was on the right track I have to cut the front nose cone off of the cab from the same truck since mine is rusted out so i will get that at the same time. I agree with you on the big back window I like the look better myself. Were did you get your headers at?

from local speed shop they are chevelle headers

This truck is F----N sikk Bro saw it at Goodguys ...Badass Also saw it at grunions when they did the Frame ..And Used to Stare at it for Hours when it was at Big Pauls down here in Tucson its came along way .....

I have been woring like a donkey at my shop,and i have been rolling and enjoying my 61 c/c we just had a goodguys event and the weather was killer but my car and truck stuff i have been doing some trading and buy some cool stuff, i traded my my 62 caddy for a new 07 chevy s/b for my kid for a surprise on his birthday, and i bought a killer 53 210 2door thats sic,but i maybe trading it to a buddy eric for his dualie , my other crewcab the 78 i still in the works, and i slicked up my new truck with some new twofooters(24inch wheels)and new front and rear lights

Nice truck I usually don't like big rims on old trucks but it just works on a crew for some reason

Built 327 You need two tools in life: duct tape and WD-40. If it moves and it shouldn't, you use duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, you use WD-40.
