What a cool truck! You do some awesome work man. Lot's of great detail and craftsmanship. The plumbing is stellar. Black on red is super classy. Slickest bedwood I've seen yet.

Thanks again for all the great compliments. LPoole that looks like a really nice truck you have. I have yet to get my tailgate on. Will probably buff it and put it on this week. I've been out of town a lot and I have to watch the Daytona 500 today lol

Re: '72 Drop member... "Betty"

Well BlackBetty is now sponsored by Meguiars. I will post some pictures from the Moab car show at the end of the month. I have always used Meguiars so this was an easy choice. All of their products are very very nice

Your truck,... in my mind,... is perfect.
If you had to build this truck over, or build another one,... would you do anything different?
Any products you wouldn't use or things you wish you had done?
Just had to ask.

Hey lowlife99 sorry for the late response. I can honestly say I wouldn't change a thing. I guess I would have welded up the dash for a factory radio, but that's it. And I'm going to fix that sometime this year. Also I may hinge the bedwood so people can see what's going on under there.

I am going to replace the rubber seals on the glass. Precision replacement parts just jumped on board. I'm going to try some of their new products. From what I've seen they are the best.

Re: '72 Drop member... "Betty"

Seth, can I ask at this late stage what kind of clips you used to attach your mouldings, particularly the lower mouldings?

Thanks.

Re: '72 Drop member... "Betty"

Thank you Seth, I have just posted this http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=671523 asking which of the two is correct? both of these are on my truck, I definately prefer the snap in style for ease of install and removal.
