Joe, it was Classic Parts. I ordered a few things from them (shown in the build thread) Also ordered complete door reseal kits...I mean COMPLETE they came with everything. Waiting till after bodywork for that....untill then, my doors will retain the rat-rod-rattle.

The Vette is looking good...thanks !!

I am running Denman G78-15s....I gonna pull the beauty rings off...I think it looks better without them..you can see more of the RED rim.

If I went with black rims, then the ring would be ok, I think,

Once on bench...I disassembled it for clean up and rebuild...The bracing will all be blasted and painted, while the three pedal arms will be powder-coated black...

Re: Project "Rock-a-Billy".....Saga Continues.....

I found the clutch pedal pin slightly worn...so before coating, I cut it loose and welded a new one in...
-
-

-

-

-
-
Yesterday, I pushed her outside in the nice California weather we are having right now....to do a final wire-wheel cleaning of the inside, before some paint and the DynaMat goes in...
-

-

-

-
Here I'm using my old "I don't care if it burns out" wire wheel drill...
-

-

-

-

-
That's it for now.....Monday or Tuesday should be starting the DynaMat....
