Thanks man glad to know someone's looking at this build and appreciates what I'm doing.

I went to the junkyard to scout out some fenders everything up there would need some repairs so i didn't take anything. I am still looking for some fenders for the front ps and ds. Otherwise I've been looking for a 67/68 clip but havent found anything.

Do you happen to have a pair?

I like the project so far, I have the exact same truck just a c20.. Olive green stock color and all. I will have pics up soon so you can all see. Have you thought of hitting the front bumper with some steel wool?

Re: Project' 69 c10 aka sin.

I envy you, you have an OG cigarette lighter and access to a parts truck with memories. I'd say you got your money's worth of rust and probably truck, too. You can straighten that grill with patience and care it will look primo, I guarantee.

Re: Project' 69 c10 aka sin.

The people who sell the drop spindles are proud of their spindles (they charge alot for them). Cant believe you've never heard that term used before..lol

Actually, theres a swb 72 72 with drop spindles sitting in someones sideyard in my town..I forgot

I guess you learn something new everyday never heard that one before tho.

haha you'll have to get em! maybe just take the whole frame swb you'll have to do some cutting on your box but you could make it work haha

another reason i cant do spindles easy is noone sells 6 bolt disk brakes.. i'd have to do a rear axle swap..
