They emerged from their nests wednesday nite to fight their way out to sea. Due to preditors looking for an easy meal, only 5 out of a 100 will survive..

Took this at a local event this year, vintage Bentley with a 42 litre Packard V12 from a PT boat hence the fake torpedos along the bottom of the body

There was a number of aero engine cars there, Brutus, the German car based on a 1930's Seagrave chassis with a 47 litre heinkel bomber engine, the guy that owns the one above also had his Napier W12 engine Bentley there and there was another Bentley with a Merlin engine. Standing between the Brutus and the one above (known as Mavis) when they started up was simply awesome, less of a noise and more of something you felt in your chest.
