1987 GMC C10 technically an R1500 as they were renamed for the bodystyle change in 1988.
Why $19,500? This is a 23k original mile truck! 1987 is the last year of this bodystyle for the 1/2 ton trucks. It is equipped with a factory 5.7L EFI engine, first and only year available on the C10’s. This was originally a low use City vehicle that was auctioned off last year, that would make me the 2nd owner. The City generally had Chevy trucks with this GMC in the mix, over the years they swapped some Chevy parts on it since there was an abundance of those parts from other trucks. When I purchased the truck it was in need of a new grill and some interior pieces so I just replaced them with Chevrolet counterparts. Engine and drivetrain is all stock, transmission was replaced in early 90’s, the only thing not stock is the muffler which was rusted out so I replaced it. Body and frame are corrosion free. 1975 chevy c20. 350 4 speed original paint she has some dens and some rust but pretty decent for a 75. Carburetor needs to be rebuilt and the tires are weather cracked but motors sounds really good and transmission shifts fine.
