Reminds me a lot of my uncles wrecker they used for his yard in the 80s/early 90s. I bet he would’ve loved the fuel injection this one has. Ran I believe 5.13 gears in the rear- the employees complained it wouldn’t go very fast. “That’s the point- I don’t need you dragging in hulks going 85!” Was a pulling machine with a granny 4 speed. Good memories.

Beautifully restored 1969 Chevy C-10 SWB. Full older frame off restoration was done on this super clean little short wide. It is powered by a custom painted and detailed Corvette Tuned Port Injected motor backed by a 700R4 transmission spinning 4:11 gears in a Ford 9 inch rear end. The truck rides on Torqthrust 20x10 and 18x8 wheels wrapped in Dunlop rubber and suspended by a full Bell Tech suspension with a 4-3 drop, front and rear sway bars and a rear panhard bar. A full power front disc brake and rear drum set up was installed as well. The body is laser straight and rust free. There have been several subtle mods done like relocating the fuel tank to the rear with a Blazer tank and putting in a quick fill in the rear wheel well while the stock location was filled along with the bed pockets. A 68 front end was installed and the tailgate was smoothed and the handle relocated to the inside under the fiberglass hard tonneau cover on gas shocks. The interior received a full Painless wiring kit as well as being fully painted top to bottom and under the dash. Sound deadening material was installed along with a later Chevy 60/40 bench. A tilt wheel and Barry Grant steering wheel finish it off. This truck has always been garage kept and I just installed new fuel injectors and Flowmaster Hushpower exhaust that sound amazing. Measures approximately 11" x 8.50". Overall condition is very good with slight discoloration to back cover due to age. Not a reprint.
