That 67 has a really unique look. Is there bare metal showing or a gray primer?

Nice score! That looks like a solid, awesome truck. I like the dealer bumper, you never see those. I will never get rid of my dealer bumper. Welcome to the forum.

That is a sweet truck man. A little cleaning and she'll be good to go. If you want to clean up the front bumper a little mix up some CLR and water in a spray bottle, about 4 parts water and 1 part CLR, spray it on and scrub with a scotchbrite pad. You'll be surprised how much paint is hiding under there.

Thanks!

It sat up for a decade or so. We pulled it 200' to my brothers place and got to work; I half-heartedly put the battery on 20a and it miraculously took a charge and held it. The gas tank was empty, but it was a crank/no start with some canned gas. Bad fuel pump (which might be why the truck was decommissioned in the first place). With a new fuel pump, new rubber fuel lines, filter, and it cranked and started. Added 5 gallons of fresh fuel to the tank, some marvel oil, and let it run for about 4 hours. Thermostat began to modulate, settling at 195f, 50 psi oil pressure at hot idle, no leaks. Thing runs just fine. Took it around the block and it drove just fine.

So, later this year, it'll get shipped out west to my shop for a frame-off. I have an L29 7.4 that really wants a new home
