Re: 1976 Square "Simple Green"

I really want this to work out too.Depending on how this plays out will determine if I buy the FiTech or not. I'm certain there are many others following this thread that are in the same boat........FiTech are you listening??? 4
Thank you guys for taking so much time, talent and treasure trying to figure this out! I seriously appreciate what you have invested in this!!

Re: 1976 Square "Simple Green"

I have read everything start to finish on both threads and I have a semi good understanding where you are at. This scenario right here sets the stage for those who google FiTech to see what it's all about. If they handle this correctly they'll make sales (I bought a $6000.00 crate engine based upon threads and feedback like this) and if not that business will not happen. The power of the the internet blade cuts both ways.

Well as soon as I found out I will let everyone know. But I feel that they should send me a new one.

Re: 1976 Square "Simple Green"

Ray here.

Its just like smoking i cant stop myself...There must be a forum patch somewhere??

To be fair at this time(As fair as i can) 80% of my problems at this time have been
Administrative in nature..... Shipping and tech support.
They are growing far faster than there current man power...Big stress on there part.
Only they can change and need to.....Going from running a fruit stand to a fruit market
will take time.....During this time some things will go rotten..
You can clean it up or walk by it and let it fester......I feel is i have been walked by...

The other 20% ...Product issue and my bad attitude..

Ray..

Re: 1976 Square "Simple Green"

They can either answer emails and phone calls asking the same questions over and over and bog themselves down to having little time to handle the business and support blitz, or they can go out on the floor to help keep production going.
I'm going to sit back and let them get caught up.

Re: 1976 Square "Simple Green"

Came across this on Fast EFI forum.

Easy Clarification, don't put Self Learn systems on anything that has less than 10" of vac min. Don't put a self learning system on something with a cam lobe center of 106-110

Guess what guy falls into that category?

Re: 1976 Square "Simple Green"

Also found this.

Supporting up to 1200hp, and working with any engine up to 1200hp are two very different statements. ANY system has caveats. This is why it is important to make an informed decision when making a purchase like this. The horsepower limitation of ANY EFI system is the flow capacity of the injectors. If a person only looked at this one attribute of the system, I agree that they may or may not make the best decision

Guess what I looked at?

Re: 1976 Square "Simple Green"

So on top of me emailing Ken and Jeremy asking for a new unit. I also sent them the above statements. I want to know if the above is true for the FiTech.

Here you go!!! This is a good read. If I would have read this I wouldn't have bought a EFI kit. So that is why I asked Ken and Jeremy the above. Cause if that is the case then no chance in Hell EFI will work on my truck.

At idle my motor has 6-8" of vacuum and I have a 110 lobe.

Re: 1976 Square "Simple Green"

I remember reading that early on.
That's why I asked about vacuum back when the 'Fitech Experience' thread was started.

Re: 1976 Square "Simple Green"

Remember to cross your legs and dance around a lot.

Hopefully you will get full relief soon. Not just finding a wet spot down one pant leg.

I really need to get over this....Is there a 12 step?

I really think in the end it will work out for you.....I have my legs crossed.........
