That'd be cool. Picking up '69 gmc lwb soon, hoping this weekend but waiting for Travis to replace a few things before he sells it to me.

Headman ls1 headers. They fit perfect with a lot of room with the porterbuilt pro touring drop member. If your running a 4l80 trans you will have to cut both sides of the trans case. About 1/2 inch per side. Name: IMG_1446.jpg

Re: Project wounded warrior: My build thread

Just got it back from the paint shop.
if anyone in WASHINGTON STATE is looking for a top notch painter I found him. I went through 3 of them before I ended up finding a guy 10 miles from my house. Charged me what he said, got it done when he said and wouldn't take a dime till I signed off on it. If you want his name hit me up. They had 25 hours in fixing the the other painters 3 month job and still had it done in less then 10 days.

Paint job looks great.

What size are the wheels/tires? The stance is spot on!

Re: Project wounded warrior: My build thread

Thanks

I needed a break from a metallic paint job. It's so deep, The painter did
a great job. I should have it running by the end of next week.
The front and rear glass goes in Tue.

Re: Project wounded warrior: My build thread

Curious, what would it cost to chop down to a short bed?

Re: Project wounded warrior: My build thread

get my number from luke this week and give me a call. i'll come and look at it. To do it righ it took me 25 to 30 hours but it was within a .05 left to right and front to back. I used 7 6 ft machine levels.
It started out at an 1.5 inches twisted but never hit.

Very clean build you have going. Like the color and wheel combo.
