Re: '66 GMC K25 - Project "Mabel"
Man I thought I was the only one with an expanding list, they just keep growing and growing. Glad to know I'm not the only one.

Re: '66 GMC K25 - Project "Mabel"
Thanks! Hopefully only a few more weeks. I'm glad I decided to look into the condition of the braking systems, drivetrain and hubs, they definitely needed the maintenance.

Re: '66 GMC K25 - Project "Mabel"
She's ALIVE.........
![]() While I couldn't resist taking her out, she still needs another brake bleed, a bath, rear bumper installed, and the cab/doors de-glossed. While the Allis-Chalmers Persian Orange #2 is getting mostly good reviews (surprisingly enough...), I am still trying to figure out if I really like it or not.

Re: '66 GMC K25 - Project "Mabel"
something about that pic makes it look like it was taken back in the 70's, truck has such an old school vibe to it

Hopefully no big projects will need to be tackled this Summer. Huge props to you Nik for diligently working on yours. I only had mine apart for 8 or so months and felt like bailing on it. Yours will be well worth all of the time and effort though.
