My should be obvious to anyone who is a Star Trek Next Generation fan. It is a hold over from my days as a computer nerd and many nights spent on chat programs. I don't know why I picked it, I just like the way it sounds, and of course I am a big fan of Star Trek.

Dan = real name

72cst = was hoping anyone with a clue could tell this was a blazer because trucks went to the cheyenne while blazers stayed with the CST.

Painfully obvious: Last name an initials.
Working on computers as a network administrator I get tired of coming up with different User I.D.'s for every single websight that I log on to, so I try and use the same ones over and over. Sounds a little unsecure, but the "net's" really not that safe anyway!!! Glad to see some more computer nerds that can actually work on thier own vehicles!!!

Similar to jorgensensc.
mrein3 was my UNIX login name for 15 or so years.
Matt Rein - mrein. 3 because in the old days you used to get a new login when something changed. I changed 3 times before the sys admins figured out they didn't have to keep changing folk's login names. Life is too short to have to remember a different name for each newsgroup, website, etc.

For you young PC hacks that don't know what a UNIX login name is or what a newsgroup is - never mind.

Jamis

The brand of bikes I use to enjoy riding and racing. Even if its been years and 70lbs since I have ridden.... the handle stuck with me on other boards not related to cars.

fatfords-Well, my first love is the 53-56 Ford trucks, but the 67-72 run a close second! I have my 56 nearing completion and have most of 4 other 53-55's left on the farm-soon to be projects for my daughters to drive!
