This first pic is one that you posted. I asked my wife who that was in the truck, and she said it was me! The resemblance is remarkable. The second pic is one my wife took of me in my truck today, trying to capture the same pose. What do you all think? Who is that in your pic?

Where is that? Looks like one just around the corner from me in Falls Church, although there are others in VA. Sweet pic though!

96blazr Is that an original color and if so what is the color code on that truck it is freakin awesome. I'm thinking about red on my blazer i don't know if it'll ever look that good. Considering all of the stuff I keep finding from the PO. But hey I can dream.

These people could do this in their sleep and we think our mass transit system sucks. The other picture is of the Corvette in the year 2050. The third picture is of a naval ship the style of which was refered to as a Corvette. Hence this is where the Corvette got it's name.

esll.

Luke, it's the Silver Diner in Reston, on Baron Cameron Ave. Every Saturday they have a cruz-in and you get, I think, 10% off your check for bringing your ride. Great place and the other Hot Rod folk are very cool people to hang with. Come on up sometime.

Well, like I told Darin, don't shoot me, cause I didn't paint it, but it's not a "factory" color, as a matter of fact it's not even a Chevy color. It's a Vermillion Red from Ford. When I did the research on it and got the paint code, I was just as surprised as anyone.
But ya know what? It's a really nice not-too-deep, not-too-orange Red and, when you really get down to it, it looks great.

+1 the best way to avoid being hit by a train is to move to the left or right about 4 feet. did your insurance company take care of everything?

Re: Lets see some unique pics....

I dont have a picture but a unique image. Imagine this, I was driving down I40 in NC and traffic was horrible. When traffic cleared there was a turned over watermelon cart in the median and watermelon rinds all over the highway in both lanes. That was a interesting car ride.
