Re: bought another crew today

Well I got a few big changes to my dually. Got my front end back hope to put it in this weekend suppose to have my rear end back next week. Bought a set of brand new alcoa 16in high polished wheels. Then I'm going to take it to the shop so I can change crossmembers and put in the motor. With the way it's going if I get my motor soon it should be up and going in a month or so.

Re: bought another crew today

The guy I bought my motor from is suppose to help with the wiring. He's done 3 swaps already so it shouldn't be to hard

Re: bought another crew today

Wiring that engine won't take long. It's all the little stuff to make it right and done.

Re: bought another crew today

I agree with dieselwrencher, getting the motor in and the wiring are probably the two easiest parts!

Re: bought another crew today

This truck will be much cooler, be more practical, get better fuel mileage, be able to pull anything, be able go anywhere, and it will last the rest of your life, should I go on?... lol Just IMHO

Re: bought another crew today

I've always had a thing for the S's trucks. Now I own a 22oomi one so I want to do some stuff to it. I just lost interest in this truck. It would be sweet but I'd never use it for what it could be used for

Good luck with the sale. If I were you, I'd finish it and make it your hauler. You'll be hard to beat it.
