Here is evidence of what seat material mine came with from the factory; it's on the SPID. So I guess it is the original seat fabric.

Hey, Rene....

Thought I'd show you my new seat. Acquired in Atw$%#r. You probably know the PO. He said it came from a '71 GMC. I bought it
(should say, the Better Half bought it) almost five years ago. But went with the buckets, which you've seen in "the flesh".

Thought I'd go from the start with these pics of the cab when I first got her......

The last two have the bench. But the last one has the chrome dash bezel and glove box door.

Is the company's name "just dashes", I searched for it a lil'bit, but no good results. If you have a web address, that would be great. thank you for sharing the pics also, love your truck, Hot Rod, classic style

M-17, all you need is a dozen of the "Mrs M-17/Better Half" homemade cookies on the seat to make it look better.

That is the factory seat 71' seat. The foam has been custom trimmed and shaped. I'm 6'1 and needed the head room.

Thanks for the kind replies!

Thank you. The bottom row is a little hard to see in the photo, but from left to right is a boost/vacuum gauge, (I wanted a small vacuum unit but could only get it with vac to the left, boost to right,) the next one is air pressure, (rear bags green, front bags red), then fuel, and oil pressure.
The lower light switch on the right is; first notch is roof cab lights, second notch is cab lights and fog lights. The high beam indicator is mounted over the temp/volt gauge. This is a fiber optic and only noticeable when it's on.
