A panel would have been perfect for both carrying the tools and transporting the washer we hauled off to the dump. There would have been no need to tie up the spare tire and expose things to rain during the haul off.

If my truck was running and at least close to being "done," I'd buy this panel.

I love the 3OTT and I'd look into finding a 4x4 frame to drop the body onto.

If you look at pic 8 (counting from left to right) there is a replacement windshield washer pump mounted to the driver's side inner fender. I considered mounting my replacement pump in the same place. Looking at that though, I'm glad I thought better of it.

I put mine in an easily accessible location just under the dash. This totally avoids the need to deal with the original pump way up inside the dash, and no one will ever know unless I show them.

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds

I usually prefer factory paint but this is unique and I think it looks good
http://lancaster.craigslist.org/cto/5725431592.html

Sounds like a pretty good candidate for an engine swap
http://raleigh.craigslist.org/cto/5722850488.html

Lastly I have seen this truck listed and price dropped from 16k to 12k

I agree with you on that first truck listed in lancaster pa. Unusually well done for something that is not original.

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds

I know this is a CL thread but saw this on ebay

http://www.ebay.com/itm/1972-Chevrol...vip=true&rt=nc

I spoke with the seller and we reached what I think is a fair price contingent on a third party inspection. Thought I would give you guys a look. You saved my butt on the Tennessee blue and white about a month ago. I'll try an get some under carriage pictures and will post them if they're available. I'll probably post the report in a separate thread like I did last time. If responses are negative, I'll just cancel the inspection.

Thanks,
Rob
